We have permanent full-time, part-time, and casual positions available. We are a 24/7 service and work on a fortnightly rotating roster. Days and hours of work are negotiable at this stage.

Mō Te Tūranga | About The role

As Support Worker you play an important role in the lives of our tāngata whaikaha and their wellbeing journey. You will engage and build a professional relationship with them and encourage them to gain back their citizenship. No two days will be the same. As part of the whānau you will help with house chores, such as cleaning and preparing meals for our tāngata whaikaha.

We would like you to have the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and tāngata whaikaha.

  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • A National Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (level 4) or equivalent; or working toward it.
  • A full relevant class unendorsed motor vehicle license.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
